Haven't had it long, but so far so good. It is convenient to have a small portable vacuum that is easy to carry wherever it is needed.

I have not enjoyed owning this vacuum. I have back and knee problems and I thought this would be a good solution. It's not. The shoulder strap is not well designed at all so the unit doesn't "sit" properly ever. It's awkward and get heavy really quickly. And it doesn't clean very well. My mistake.

The vacuum works acceptably. One issue is the connection between the hose and the pipe. The engagement is too short and the pipe comes off the hose too easily. I will have to do some modifications to get them to stay together.

I have to say, I thought this would be an awesome alternative to heavier vacuum cleaners. I have shoulder issues and lifting heavy vacuum cleaners to clean stairs, etc. is not my idea of fun. Anyway, the first thing that happened , which was within the first 6 months we had it, was the extension, which is made of plastic, cracked. Being the inveterate fixer, I used duct tape to wrap around the extension so I could still use it. The next thing that broke was the plastic thingy that the metal hook on the strap hooks into so you can carry it on your shoulder. Well, I can't fix that, and every time I vacuum, the strap falls out of the hook. Cheap plastic. Disappointing. The suction seems to be ok, but as pointed out before, the cheap plastic design makes it a difficult product to use.

I love this little vacuum. It's oh so light. And makes cleaning corners and edging of rooms very easy. I also really like that the wand extends.
