I have some young triops and these guys love them! The pellets are small enough where they can wrap around them and nibble away. They sink to the bottom so it’s easy for the triops to find them. The package is a bit small, in a bag, and pricey but I didn’t need much so it was perfect for me.

I’ll buy it again
My shrimp love it. It’s got a well rounded nutritional content and rich in color. It holds up in water. Easy to feed from the pouch, I just open it and tap it until enough comes out that they can eat it in a few minutes.

High quality, don't settle for cheaper brands.
These pellets stay small. The cheaper brands expand by 5X in a minute and make a mess in the tank. I wish Hikari would offer a larger quantity at a discount because it is quite expensive...

The shrimp all seem to love it. I’ve even shared it with my guppies.

Shrimp population doing very well.
My shrimp love these. They’ll sometimes nibble on the algae wafers but as soon as they see these drop into the water, they start chasing them down. I have quite a few shrimp and they each love them. It’s definitely their favorite food. Some of them get so excited when they catch one that they hop back quickly and scurry away. Their red coloring seemed to pop a little bit more when I started to feed them this and the pregnant shrimp have been popping out babies non-stop. This must contain everything they need (or most of it) because the shrimp population is doing very well.

Shrimp Go Crazy for It
The design and packaging look really cool, which is a nice bonus. My shrimp absolutely love this food. As soon as it hits the tank, they dash from the corners and start devouring it. The pellets came super dry and sank instantly once wetted. When they hit the bottom, they softened up and became perfectly mushy for my shrimp to graze on. Great shrimp food overall and super nice value for the money!

Shrimp love it!
The shrimp love it! I have to feed it to them at night because the betta love it too! I also feed them crab cuisine as there doesn't seem to be a lot of calcium in these.
