So happy I bought this product. Non-greasy, easy to use, works great! No one wants to battle dry, flaking, irritated eyelid skin. This soothes, smooths and hydrates after first use.

I had trouble with my eyelids peeling as a result of the glue from eyelash extensions. Within just a few days, my eyelids were back to normal. I found out that this can also work on dry lips. A great product.

This BetterLids ointment is the first product I have found that has actually worked to soothe my eyes. As a bonus, it substantially reduced a firm, solid spot (chalizion) on my eyelid that had been bothering me a long time. I plan to tell my dermatologist about it, as this is much better than steroids and other chemicals and I wish I had known about it sooner. I highly recommend this company as they provide great customer support as well. I just recently found out they have several versions of the ointment, and one is specially formulated for those with sensitive eyes. I continue to get great results from this ointment and am very glad I discovered it on Amazon.

This eyelid ointment is lightweight and absorbs well without feeling greasy. I can apply it throughout the workday without my eyelids feeling sticky or glued shut like they do with petroleum jelly. It keeps the skin around my eyes comfortable without leaving a heavy residue. I doubt this was the sole reason my recurring eyelid eczema healed, but it definitely got me through the thick of it. It helped keep my eyelids comfortable while they healed and made managing the irritation much easier. My only complaint is the size of the tube. It works well, but I wish you got more product for the price.

Great product, feels and looks like vaseline. Keeps eyelids moist and relieves itching. I'm not sure if it heals because I'm on antibiotic drops and pills. It's the only otc product I could find, and I'm glad I did.

This stuff is a life saver! I’ve been struggling for over a month with dry, itchy, flaky skin at the outer corner of my eye and lower lid. I was putting aquaphor on it which gave relief for a few hours, but didn’t actually heal the skin and it still was painful. It was so bad I was considering going to a dermatologist when I found this ointment. After the first application the dryness and redness drastically decreased. I used it twice a day for the first two days but it was so much improved I was able to go down to just once daily application. After 1 week I’d say I’m 98% healed and breathing a sigh of relief. Also a little goes a long way so I still have plenty left to keep the skin around my eye nourished and hydrated. This stuff WORKS!

This does the trick on my red, itchy eyelids but after a few blinks it seems to make its way into my eyes and is mildly irritating. A little goes a long way. It is soothing and moisturizing just wish it didn’t bother my actual eyeballs.

I had flaky dry eye lids that was causing a little pain and looking for a safe ointment that could help. I ordered this cream and I must say it works wonderful. There wasn't any burning when I put it on. It smooths the eyelid helps take away the flakiness and dryness. I applied it at both morning and night. I've been using it a 5 days and I notice a difference already. I will continue using it as it really seems to help.

I purchased this for a relative with severe eczema. This is hands down the best product she’s used. I truly hope more stock comes in.

This ointment (together with antihistamines) really helps my eyes in this warm weather. It moisturises and acts as a barrier stopping my eyes getting red, flaking and itchy. You don’t need a lot on each eye so it lasts a long time. I use it every day.

This is so soothing! I’ve had really dry skin around eyes for a couple of years and everything else I’ve tried has stung my skin and made things worse. This ointment felt lovely to rub on and gave me immediate relief. Two days in and my eyes look and feel better. A little goes a long way as it’s quite greasy but my eyes were so bad I wanted something that didn’t sink into the skin too much and disappear. This stuff is amazing. I have severe eczema on my face, and haven’t found anything that helps with the dryness and flaking it causes around my eyes. My prescription helps with the redness, but it’s still so flaky. This is so gentle, soothing and softening! My eyelids don’t feel tight and dry anymore, and it’s been an absolute game changer. It’s expensive, but so worth it!
