I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my sleep since I started taking these, especially when I take them in the evening. They’re easy to take and haven’t caused me any stomach issues.I’m already on my third bottle, which says a lot about how much I like them. The price is also really good compared to other magnesium glycinate supplements I’ve tried. Overall, a quality product that I’ll continue to buy.

Well, finally!!! I can sleep!! My doctor recommended this because while I can fall asleep with no problem, staying that way is a huge challenge. Last night I went from 10 all the way to 5:00 am! This is an official Big Deal, and I am thrilled with the product. I take one capsule and good to go. I have just recommended it to a co-worker with a sleeping problem and I believe it's going in her cart as we speak.

I regularly experience leg cramps, and these magnesium glycinate capsules have helped me considerably. Since I began taking them, my leg cramps have disappeared. That has made a noticeable difference for me and is the primary reason I am so pleased with this supplement.I also appreciate how gentle these capsules are on my stomach. Supplements can sometimes make me feel nauseated or cause digestive discomfort, but I have not experienced either problem with these. I really love this supplement. I am on my 3rd bottle. On an empty stomach in the morning, I love that this supplement does not make me sleepy, but at night after a meal, I can feel myself relaxing about 35 minutes after taking it. It helps me get that deep quality sleep I am looking for, and I do not wake up feeling groggy. I take it twice a day because I do a lot of intermittent fasting, and I want to get my magnesium in.

Works well, priced well, only have to take one pill compared to others you have to take two with half the quantity. Will be getting again.

For the price and quality this is one of the best magnesium glycinate pills I’ve found. I have been taking it while pregnant and absolutely notice a difference without it! My muscle cramps and sleep are greatly improved when taking it. The pill is easy to swallow and I love that you only have to take one for a full dose.

We have been using this for a few months now. I literally can feel the difference at night if I haven’t taken one. It helps me relax and I sleep so much better. Would highly recommend.
