Wood Barn Doors 48in x 80in with Hardware Kit Included, K Shape

Let me be honest this was a small challenge (for us because we are not carpenters, construction or none of that) to do but not so much that it couldn’t be done. First thing is first I didn’t know they would send these split up as if it was two separate doors. It isn’t a bad thing that they did. What was an annoyance was sending a piece that isn’t needed making the kit cost more than it actually does. The instructions were okay but it would have helped if all the screws and bolts had been labeled clearly. As soon as we got the doors put together we stained just the side that would be visible. It is very sturdy and has a nice weight to it. It took the stain very very well! It is so pretty on and dried. The fit was actually perfect. We hated having to cut the bar but with both attached it was entirely too long for the space. Only thing I wish it came with was the actual header board but getting one wasn’t expensive at all. So far it has been the best thing and people were so shocked that we didn’t pay much to get these doors. They are great quality considering. I I definitely recommend these to anyone. Also we got one piece on the way to keep them from sliding one way or another when the doors are locked and closed together.

Such a nice budget door! We love it as the door to our nursery. We ended up staining ours on the caramel lighter side and it looks so nice! No issue with getting it up, not too heavy for well attached hardware.

Our master bedroom did not have a door separating it from the bedroom. We had a temporary curtain in place but we’re ready for something more permanent (read: soundproof!). This door fits the bill and I’m so happy with it! It was easy to put together, took paint well, and easy enough to hang. Definitely need two people to hang it but the building I did myself (37f). I took one star off because one of the boards was chipped. It didnt affect the building portion but it is visible. I didn’t want to stop building it just for that. One cross board was also 1/4” too short, so there’s a gap between the horizontal board and cross board, but we put that one on the inside of the door, so you can’t see it unless using our bathroom. The only other “complaint” and I’ll use that very loosely is that it only comes with one handle. It would be very convenient to put 2 in the box, so they match on the inside and outside but again, not a deal breaker in the least.

This is a great barn door! Very easy to put together, the instructions were very easy to follow. It’s not super heavy, but heavy enough to swing nicely and feel very sturdy!! All of the parts were included, and all of the pre-drilled holes fit perfectly. We polyurethaned all the wood and glued the slats together per the instructions as we put the door together. This is a beautiful door, which will last very long time. I would highly recommend it, for the price you absolutely cannot beat it!

Great door to fit a large 42"x 96" hallway opening! The door and hardware seem sturdy and glide smoothly and quietly. We didn't have trouble assembling or installing it, but it did take some time. We lightly stained it, before hanging it, using Minwax Classic Gray and we installed a matching pine board behind the top black track. It comes with one handle for the outside and we wanted one for the inside that wouldn't hit the wall when opening so we got a pair of flush handles, so we have matching handles inside and outside. It seems like this door will meet our needs nicely with a look that matches our house decor perfectly!

The door quality is very good. That is a 30 minute project. The rails are aluminum so there is a tendency to bend and flex on installation leading to drilling extra holes. 😕 Recommend purchasing a solid steel rail system instead especially for a two door installation. Over all good value for the money

Amazing, great quality barn doors. We needed to close off an area in our house as our kids are older and want to give them more privacy in their playroom/media room. We got the set of 2 natural wood doors @ 30in wide as we needed 96 in length doors and it’s all we could find. So, we had to stain them so they were the color I wanted. We used a gel stain in dark walnut & it was <chefs kiss>! Overall assembly was easy & straight forward but NOT 30min as it states on the instructions, lol. With staining and taking breaks bc of work, life, 3 kids - it took about 5 days to get them hung. We did have to purchase a solid piece of wood for the rail to go on - that was not included. We stained that as well and it looks so good! My husband did a great job. He is an engineering perfectionist and even he was impressed. Overall wonderful product, we love the results and would purchase again.
