Excellent but I start with very small amount to avoid gas. Disolves very well in hot water.

Bought this to make my L reuteri yogurt and it is excellent. Have had good results I am confident as it is Organic and nothing added. Also the trick to mixing is to put liquid first then sprinkle on top and let the insulin dissolve into liquid then there is no clumping or hard lumps. I will definitely be buying again when it runs out and now going to add to my food as well.

Tastes delicious but doesn't mix very well with water. Better sprinkled on food.

I am very happy with this inulin. Packaging is good . Bought it to use for probiotic yogurt making, didn’t know much about its uses before but it’s great stuff. After using it for my yogurt making I am happy it’s sterile and effective. I will purchase again.

There is a lovely buttery flavour to this Inulin which makes l-reuteri yoghurt taste really good

I think the product is probably great but not for me. Made my blood sugar spike instead of lowering it. Might be just my body and help other people but didn’t work for me unfortunately.

I rarely do reviews, but I have missed a few days without taking this before as away for weekends etc. I won’t be doing so again, I was constipated! It really is great for keeping things moving as they should. It does clump up at the end - you need to be careful to seal back up properly each time.
