I've got a 41 inch waist and the bottoms fit with plenty left over.My chest is also 41 inches. The top fits as well, but with a little less to spare. Tying the top behind your nick and back is little bit challenging.The only think I'd note is that because the top ties behind your neck, concealing it completely under your clothes will be difficult, if not impossible - IF that's a concern.
