rubbed heal raw. Their "fix" in the directions did nothing to aleviate the rub.

For orthopedic shoes, these are actually pretty stylish! They are true to size, and seem to be made from very good quality materials, BUT the process of breaking them in has been so painful it almost defeats the purpose of having orthopedic shoes. Don’t know that I’d recommend these.

I ordered these shoes in hopes that they would fit my extremely swollen feet. I only have 1 pair of shoes that come close to fitting. I'm so pleased these were wide enough and very comfortable. I didn't need any inserts that were included. The cushioning is exactly what my feet needed. The material is super breathable. They are a tad heavy but I can overlook that for the amount of comfort and well actually wide enough to get my foot in with a little extra room. This truly has been a blessing for my diabetic feet. I love that they are basic black color and can go with anything I wear, I highly recommend these shoes.

I only tried them on yesterday when they delivered. I plan on wearing them today for work. When I took the shoes out the box, I started sneezing. It's sinus season here though so I thought nothing of it. As I was inserting the arch support, I noticed pet hair all on the insoles. ((I would have preferred to purchase NEW shoes. I had to brush them and disinfect before trying them on.)) I will update this review within a week.
