Been using for over a year know. I think everyone is different and needs to monitor their sugar results to see their own results.Not sure why the manufacturer changed the capsule here recently. It is a clear capsule rather than the orange colored capsule and the lid gas changed as well to a black lid. Not sure why but Amazon hasn't updated the details (for consumer knowledge) norr the current picture with the same orange lid

Great product fast delivery

Like some other people I have been using this for a while. The pills recently changed pretty dramatically. Unable to return and do not feel safe taking something that clearly did not pass quality control. Picture shows the old pills (bright orange) and the new ones (grey). Have not heard from the company .

Not sure I noticed any difference and it made no difference on my blood work.

The product works very well as an appetite suppressant, I am quite pleased with the results and plan to keep using the supplement :)
