Some issues I ran into is that you either need to wear the bracelet tight, or the touch charm flips over and sends your partner a bunch of notifications over and over. The other problem is that it was just more convenient to call or text. I think these would be cute for people who don’t or can’t text (kids, elderly, etc.), but for us it just became another thing to do and charge
