Crankbrothers Highline Dropper Seatpost - Universal Mounting System, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm and 170mm

I using it less thank a few rides after the shop that sold me repair/ adjust it. It alway slip/creeping up when I standing up. It is dangerous riding and could caused me some crashes. YouTube said I can adjust it,, but it never work. I strongly don’t recommend this product. I bought crank brother dropper post because I have good experience on the pedals. But never realize it sucks using this dropper post. I intend to change it to Thomas dropper post!

Overall, this is a good dropper seatpost. I installed this on my Santa Cruz 5010 with the internally routed configuration. Once installed, the seat crept down when locked out. After replacing all cables and housings and trying again I still ran into the same problem. I called Crankbrothers, who informed me that I needed a "Stiff spring Kit", which they overnighted.With the new kit installed the post worked as promised. I wish they would have provided both spring options in the box and made it apparent that this is a very common problem. I am now happy with the post and it works well - although I wish it came up a little quicker.
