I love this posture corrector. I started working a desk job a few months ago and my back has started to feel the effects of it. I was recommended to try using a posture corrector for a little bit to help remedy my back pain and I can say this is great for anyone experiencing the same issue as me. Very easy to start using, I already feel my posture getting better!

This product is fantastic. I have Kyphosis and my spine is a bit curved inward at my lower back. This makes it difficult to obtain the proper support when sitting in most chairs. This helps me keep my shoulders back and I am way more mindful of my posture when it is on & off as well. This upper back support corrector device does an excellent job in reducing slouching and forward bending neck tendency. It is comfortable to use even for several hours. After a little practice, putting it on is relatively easy. As a senior, I expect to continue to use it for extra back support/correction indefinitely.

Super helpful for my posture and pain. Not quite as sturdy as i was hoping for but gelped me tremendously!

I have both spinal stenosis and mild, age related scoliosis. I thought I had ordered a brace in a light tan color since this is summer, and I wear mostly light colored clothes that would not work over a black brace. However, I wore it out under a navy blue t-shirt for about 5 hours. I could immediately feel a straightening of my posture. It did not trigger any spine related pain. It works when standing and walking, but not while sitting. I did notice the feel of the panel at the spine area and this reminded me not to slump. As for the comfort level, I would find it uncomfortable to wear when out in the summer heat. In addition, the material over the shoulders, extends out beyond the armpits and while it didn't seem to cause irritation, it felt awkward. Last, upon my return home with the brace on, I realized that my bra, beneath the brace had shifted and there was very little coverage on one side. That was embarrassing to know I had been out in public like that. It seemed like the best time to wear the brace since I knew I'd be mostly on my feet while out and about. I will never wear it out again. Again, the black color already limits wear time unless you only wear dark clothes. I may use it again around the house when doing housework but I don't see having it on enough to make that 21 day difference that's advertised. I recommend finding a brand with optional colors. Black just isn't practical for many of us. Also, be conscious of your bra and that the friction of the brace hasn't shifted your bra cups.
