To start off, you it may seem as a big price to pay but it’s worth it knowing you can so many recipes with the book!

The front cover you scratched, with dents at the corners, apart from that, everything was good.

Wow, this is a crazy textbook !
This textbook is like 15 pounds, and there is everything from the history of modern food service to desserts from the modern day. There are recipes and techniques, ingredient breakdowns, math for culinary, and tons of other important skills and information in this book. I would recommend this book even for people aren’t students. You can definitely learn a lot from this book.

Used for school!
I ordered this for my culinary school and I use it in many of my classes! It is HEAVY and very THICK, but I'm so grateful I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg!
