Time will tell, but so far I’m thrilled with this filter! Affordable, compact, quick and easy install. This requires no electricity, no special equipment, and no dedicated faucet installed. Being able to have delicious water straight from my cold tap is a game changer. No more having water sit in plastic jugs, drive to refill, pay, and lug home. The initial cost is less than what I pay for refills, after a year the replacement filter will reduce the cost even more.

If you want a water filter to help remove the chlorine smell and taste from city water, this filter is the one to get! I was buying upwards of 15 gallons of spring water a month (for just me 😳) so I checked into different types of water filters. When I came across under the sink filters, I decided to try this one and it does not disappoint!!! No, as someone else mentioned, it does not give you the clean, crisp taste of spring water, BUT, in just a few days I’m drinking this water with absolutely no problem and loving it! Someone else mentioned a diminished water flow. That is not the case for me. This filter has not affected my water flow at all. Someone mentioned leaks, I’ve had no leaks. I had a friend install it for me. With just a quick glance at the instructions, he had it installed in no time. He said the instructions were straight forward and he appreciated the little template to align the screws 👍. I’m so excited that after 9 years of buying bottled water, I have great tasting, good quality water flowing from the cold water tap of the kitchen sink. One quick side note you might want to consider… my friend installed the filter at the front right side under the sink “so it would be easy for me to access when I needed to change the filter” 😱. He’s so smart! But does he really think I’m going to change my own filter 🤔? LOL, of course I will, and I’ve gotten a bit silly but that’s how excited I am about the taste of the water from this filter. It truly does everything it says it does!

Easy to install (10 minutes), great tasting water! It does use a battery, and I haven't checked to see what kind, or how easy it is to replace. I'm also a bit worried about lesser known companies - will I still be able to purchase a new filter in a year or so when I need one? As cheap as this product is though, even in a worst case scenario, its still very much worth it!Again, the water tastes absolutely great. We already had good tap water, according to our annual water reports - but this removes the micro plastics, the flouride, the chlorine, etc. I highly recommend

Incredibly easy to install! I got one for my house and two for the office, and all of them went in without a hitch.What's more, they have great customer service. When one of the office ones dropped pressure 2 months after going in (that one was the 2-year UF model), they helped diagnose and sent a replacement filter for no charge! (Shout out to Becky, who stayed on top of things all the way through.) Water tastes great and the filter works fantastically!

I got this for my husband. He’s super sensitive to the chlorine taste of our water and insisted on buying bottles of water. It arrived quickly and I installed it in about 15 minutes (70+ y/o female) and had no issues. My husband loves it! No more chlorine taste so we save money and the waste of all those plastic bottles. I would definitely recommend this product.

This product is by far the best and easiest improvement for my crappy tap water. I’ve been using and refilling 5-gallon water jugs at a dispenser station, and to my surprise, this water tastes better than bottled water! The old lady is happy too! The water pressure is the same as before! No leaks! The quality is the best water I’ve probably ever tasted. It got that nasty chlorine smell out instantly. Very quick installation. Straightforward. Will buy again!

tl;dr; I purchased two of these to replace a competitor's units that have become difficult to find filters for. The Waterdrop 10UA Pro has produced better, to my taste at least, water and has a better design that works without getting water everywhere when changing the filters.I have had two under sink units from another manufacturer that I had to screw into the back of the cabinets under the sinks that I attached them to. At the time, this was the only way to put a good under sink unit in. After years of use, the filters for my original units has become difficult to find and the cost has gone up as well. This led me to shop around and see if there was anything else that was at least the same quality or better.Enter Waterdrop. I have a gravity fed filter from Waterdrop that I have not used yet, and I forgot that it was even from Waterdrop until after I found the 10UA Pro unit. Looking at the unit, it surprised me that more companies are not offering either an upside down mounted filter system or one like the 10UA Pro that sits on the bottom of the cabinet. No screws. Just attach the lines, twist in the filter and open the valves. Instant filtered water with perhaps the easiest installation method out there. It is quite impressive that the filter also has steel water lines instead of the inexpensive PTFE tubing that most under sink units come with. This makes the Waterdrop my new goto for places that I want a quick setup and easy to maintain filter at.I am looking forward to being able to place a towel under the 10UA Pro and remove the filter to see just how much water is actually lost. With my previous filters, there was always a lot of water that was everywhere on the towel that it was frustrating to have to remove everything under a sink prior to chaning the filter. While I have yet to do that, it looks like the Waterdrop 10UA Pro will have little loss which helps me get filters swapped faster.

Awesome. The install is easy and straightforward with no plumbing experience. For anyone wondering - this filter works just fine on a well system. I see about 35-40psi, and this filter works fine with basically no perceptible reduction in flow. Mind you my well water is softened and pre-filtered. Water tastes amazing! Highly recommended

Very happy to switch over to this from Brita filters!1. Value- A standard Brita filter works for 40 gallons at ~$8 a filter. That's roughly 20 cents a gallon.- A Waterdrop filter works for 8000 gallons for ~$40 a filter. That's 0.5 cents a gallon.- That's 40x cheaper!!!2. Convenience- No need to wait for the slow drip of a Brita filter; which usually gets slower as overtime- You only need to replace this filter once per year, rather than once a month (but with this filter, you'll end up using it for things besides drinking like hand washing and dish washing, so not a fair comparison; you'd need to replace a Brita way more often if you wanted to use it for everything)3. Overall healthiness- Since this will be filtering your typical cold water you use for hand washing or dish washing, you'll also be getting clean water in these cases; further reducing the amount of unwanted chlorine and other chemicals and minerals you may be inadvertently ingestingMy one concern is overall water pressure as time goes on; will the flow slow down once more gunk builds up? Given the stellar reviews I'm seeing on other listings though, I trust this won't be a concern. I'll update this review if anything changes over time!
