Sometimes it helps with sleeps, but only for a few hours (and not all night). First couple of uses left me lethargic the following day.

I wanted a sleep aid without melatonin and tried this as the price was good. I like it better than any sleep aids I've tried. I fall asleep easily and no problems! Recommend it
