DMI 2 Pack, 32 Inch Reacher Grabber PickupTool for Seniors, Disabled or After Surgery, Claw Reaching Assist Tool, Trash Grabber Arm Extension, Non-Folding Grabbers for Seniors, Magnetic Claw

The best type. The ones with the circular grabbers don't have any real grip strength. I use these for everything and I'm very handicapped and disabled. Highly recommend for people who have trouble bending or reaching or both.

Good well made grabbers. I bought the set of 2 and a single by the same company. I have one on every floor for my mom, so she doesn’t have to reach too far and run the chance of a fall. Would recommend, as these were recommended to me by the physical therapist for my mom.

EXCELLENT!!!! my honey is recovering from a severe accident and this product has allowed him to stay independent. It works so well that I find myself borrowing it more and more the magnet it strong the grip doesn’t drop things I CANT BRAG ON THIS PRODUCT ENOUGH !! A MUST HAVE FOR ANYBODY WITH MOBILITY ISSUES!!!

Magnetic too small do not pick up metal item very well.

It’s a great length! The mechanism works great.

My yard has a lot of small dead tree branches scattered around. Bending over has become difficult as I age; I got this Grabber tool to try. It works great for picking up the sticks. I found that I can either pick up and stack several sticks that lie near each other then pick up the small pile with the Grabber and deposit them in a tub to carry to the burn pile. Also I found that I can pick up one, then step to the next and also grab that one, several sticks can be added to the load until the jaw can no longer close on the bunch completely. Now these sticks are light, pencil-thickness to maybe one inch wide and fairly short. The larger ones must be grabbed singly and really heavy ones I pick up by hand. Still, the tool makes the job much easier to handle. I also like that this grabber is NOT the collapsible kind, I wanted one that has a solid shaft.

I love this grabber, I am glad I got the 2 quantity, I always have one near me and I use them all the time. It’s the handiest thing ever and I love it! I purchased the long ones and I tried taking a photo but there’re too long for the photo frame. I try to get my son to take a photo from a distance. But, I highly recommend it for anyone who’s disabled, but it comes in handy for those who aren’t disabled but just need to reach something that has fallen behind, works like a charm every time!

I use this device to help me grab socks from the bottom corner of the washer and dryer. The construction itself is rigid, and that's why I chose it to replace the folding grabber tool that broke on me earlier. The only problem is that the pivoting grabber "jaw" itself can become misaligned with the solid part of the tool, yielding a bad grip, kind of like when you're trying to pick up a piece of sushi with chopsticks, and your chopsticks misalign and just kinda roll the sushi around on the plate instead of grabbing it firmly. This mostly happens when I'm trying to apply more force, grabbing something like a heavy damp shirt from the washer. It would be nice if the hing was stronger and prevented the misalignment.
