I’ve used this for almost a month and haven’t had to mop by hand ever since😎 I haven’t used the vacuum either, just my handheld vacuum to reach awkward corners the robot can’t reach. This is perfect for my all-wood flooring that gets dusty super quickly and easily shows dust, hair, and water spots. So easy to set up, app UI is simple and easy to learn how to use, mopping function genuinely works, you can schedule routines to auto-run, it self empties…this product is great. I’ve been very happy with the ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO Omni so far. The cleaning performance is great, and it does a good job picking up dust, hair, and debris from the floor. The mopping feature is also very convenient and saves me a lot of time. I especially like the self-cleaning station because I don’t have to constantly maintain the robot after every use. The navigation works well around furniture, and the app is easy to use. Overall, it has made keeping my home clean much easier. Definitely worth it!

This little vacuum quickly mapped out our house and it has remembered where the rugs are, where the vinyl is, and how to get back home. The charge lasts for hours and it makes trips back to clean the mops on long runs. The vacuum itself has shown only one irritating little flaw -- it leaves little drips on the floor as it mops. Often it catches them on its return path, but I usually do a bit of cleanup with a towel when it finishes mopping an area. I keep thinking I will open it up to see if a hose inside is loose or cracked, but so far it has just been a bit of an irritation. I did learn to clean out the dirty water bin on the main unit at least once a week. It can get really stinky. Also, I am not certain about how it is using cleaning solution. Either it uses only a few drops each mopping session or it is not using any at all. It will take a couple more months before I decide just what is going on there. If need be, I will just add cleaning solution to the fresh water.

I purchased this back on August 12 and it arrived on the 15th. When I was assembling the unit, I noticed right away the part of the plug that goes in the outlet didn’t fit properly. It was very loose and would sag downward away from the outlet. I finished unboxing everything and turned everything on and the robot works fine, but the base station makes some noises when it’s powered on and then nothing. The app doesn’t detect the base station nor does the robot as it can’t dock. So I reach out to Amazon to see about an exchange and they say it’s refund only due to low inventory. But they still have it up for everyone and their mom to buy. So I go thru Ecovacs and it’s a long and tedious process because you’re playing tech support email tag over time zones. Initially, they tell me to go thru Amazon and I reply back stating tried that and they told me refund only but I want another unit (since it went off sale). So they have me take photos and videos of each item and the serials and the issue and then they email me back and say well we’re out of power cords so we can’t just switch that out - we’ll send you a whole new unit and you can ship us the defective one back. Received the replacement unit today and 100% same problems - power cable doesn’t fit properly in the outlet and base station only powers on for a second and then dies. Now I’m a reasonable person so I too was like - what are the chances? So I take my old school vacuum and record a whole new video for support showing me unplugging and re-plugging the base station in, turning it on, the little noise it makes and then nothing. And then I plug my old school upright vacuum into the same outlet and show how the cable doesn’t sag out of the outlet and the vacuum roars on when I press the power button so it can’t be the outlet. All things considered it looks Ecovacs is having some quality control problems that they need to look into and address. And I feel like the fact that they don’t have any power cables to ship as replacements is also interesting and telling. Beyond the inconvenience of having two defective units back-to-back, which means weeks of now being able to have the floors cleaned, there’s also time you have to set aside to be at home for UPS to be able to pick up the defective item (for the Amazon unit/return) and then also a separate trip and more time going to FedEx to drop off the RMA that was also defective. For all of this they offered me a discount on accessories which cost them literally nothing to make. At the end of the day my trust in Ecovacs and their credibility to me as a consumer is now fractured because this is a clear issue that needs to be addressed. Maybe they should switch the wall outlet over to a 3-prong design to accommodate the slippage issue and provide more support/stability in the outlet which reduces the risk of a fire versus if its constantly dipping down and out on its own. What was also interesting is even if you held the cable in the outlet and tried to power on the base station it still wouldn’t so it makes you wonder if its also a power supply unit/under-voltage issue. For the record, I had a previous X9 Omni from Ecovacs and a Dreame that plugged into this very same outlet with no issues.

Love this, but it has had multiple issues. The first one began leaking early on and the second one has dust bin emptying issues. When it works, it does do a fantastic job! Also cannot for the life of me replace the side brush. It does not come off easily as the instructions show. It’s going to break if I try any more

I was so tired of having to vacuum every day (and sometimes twice a day) to pick up all the cat litter and dust on our wood and tile floors. We decided to try a Robot Vacuum to reduce the need for us to vacuum all the time. This robot vacuum has fit the bill for what we were looking for. It was really easy to set up and we were amazed at how it was able to map our house so well. I can either have the robot vacuum clean the whole house or just a room or two which makes things even better. It will self-return to the station when it needs to self-empty its bin and then quickly returns to complete the job. This particular vacuum was thinner so it will go under most of our furniture. So far we are really pleased with this product and would recommend it to others, especially if you have pets. Ps. I think my cat thinks I bought him another toy!

This machine has exceeded expectations. It does a great job cleaning. This is both mopping and vacuuming. It kept getting caught on a corner of one of my area rugs and when I got up in the morning it was just sitting where it was stuck. After two times, it suggested a block to this area. I accepted and since that time…no more issues. As for longevity, I am not sure yet as I have not had it very long. Overall, I highly recommend.

للاسف انتظرت اكثر من 55 يوم حتى يصلني المنتج و بعد وصول المنتج وجدت انه لا يعمل بشكل جيد ( عيب تصنيع في مضخة الماء ) اي انه لا يستطيع مسح الارضيات مضى على الاسترجاع 10 ايام و حتى الان لم تصلني اموالي تجربة سيئة جداً

Bought this for work to keep the office clean. It runs a vacuum routine 2 times a day and a mop at night. Vacuum time is 2-3 hrs each because of the size of the spaces. Im very impressed with how clean it keeps our space. At times there are 3 dogs and lots of hair but its held up great so far. The mapping and the options available make it very user friendly. I've had it for around 2 months now.
