Love the PressorDex book but too bulky for shift, and the app is too clunky. This card is super valuable to have on hand. Well worth the money.

its cool to have a dedicated ICU reference, as epocrates makes you search through to find a nitro dose, but with this, oh yea, its right there. No searching. nice organization, nice dosing guide, and its cheap and laminated.
