I love to keep this in stock. It works great for relief from a cold or mild flu bug. I even take it on those miserable mornings where I wake and every muscle in my body aches from over doing it the day before. It kicks in in about 15-20 minutes to relieve aches and lasts for a good 3+ hours or more for me. Just 1 pill. Beats taking some prescription pain meds that I refuse to take. I recommend.

I have a difficulty with different meds, with high BP. I have a high immunity to medication. It takes a lot for me. I had an ear infection/ sinus, throat congestion, fever, the works cold and needed a pain killer/cold med combo and I don't like Tylenol. This worked. At first it did not feel like it worked. I was so far in the cold...I felt like it was handing me more cold, as every gunk pile in the pipes came out everywhere it could come out, at first for about three days straight. But then? ahhhh relief. Clear pipes. No more earache. No fever. No congestion. No more cold. Gone and done. Knocked me out when I slept. It took seven days the first time. The next time I got a cold, I took it on first symptoms. Three days. Three days and the cold was gone. IT JUST WORKS. Be sure it is in date limits and follow directions. It is an excellent value for the amount, because you will not use the entire box unlike tylenol based meds.

This is my go-to medicine when I’m sick. It works better for me than other options I’ve tried, and I find that ibuprofen-based products help me more than acetaminophen. It provides good relief and helps me feel better faster.

For an over the counter medicine, this works good. When I suffer from sinus pain and headaches, this helps knock out the pain. Also works well to dry up a runny nose.

I didn't have any of the problems some of the reviewers mentioned - it just came in a normal 1 pack of 20 and the expiration date is a year and a half from now, so not a problem in that regard. I got it because i realized i wasn't supposed to take dayquil or tylenol flu and cold with my regular medication. this works pretty well, though yes, doesn't help with cough as much as those and doesn't make you sleepy like nyquil.
