Ya gotta love these.
So, my knee has been bothering me for a couple of years. And then, playing cards one night, my fingers seized up and it was weird and painful. My friend told me I needed magnesium, so I started taking these nightly. No more fingers locking up, knee pain substantially lessened and I get good sleep. Ya gotta love these

Quick to sleep, but
This is one that helps me fall asleep fast but does not keep me asleep, ie if I have to go to the bathroom or even move around. And then I can not fall back to sleep. But to be fair I have to go to the bathroom all the time, so if you do not I would try it.

LOVE these. I take two when I am serious and one when I can't commit to 7 hrs. The pills work and now I must have them bedside especially while traveling.

Yuck!!!
The taste is awful!! The texture is like a Tootsie roll but the taste is so bad! It took forever to chew. I’m going to try and find a different brand.

Not good for me.
It helped me fall asleep but didn't stay asleep any better and I woke groggy the next morning, not restored. Very disappointing.

I purchased the Natrol "Sleep & Restore" capsules containing 5 mg of melatonin. I have used them for 2 weeks and they are amazing. I am going to sleep faster and sleeping through the night which has been difficult at 75 years of age. I wake up feeling much more refreshed and ready to greet the new day. Just as god as diphenhydramine but without the long term negative side effects. I just ordered 2 more bottles and be careful. Get the ones containing 5 mg of melatonin as some formulas they sell do not.
