These were recommended by my cousin when discussing ageing skin and collagen supplements so I thought I'd give them a try. After finishing the whole bottle at the suggested 3 tablets a day, I can't say I've seen any signs of the benefits promised and I'm still a little wrinkled about the face. Maybe they slowed down the rate of deterioration but this wasn't something I thought to attempt the measuring of.

The seal on tablets was broken These were incorrectly advertised by the seller as Marine collagen, they were infact bovine collagen
