I got the 12 pound one (just started working out) and I love it!! It adjustable so it fits nicely, and it’s the perfect amount of weight while walking. so far I’ve lost a little weight, and my posture is better when walking! The only thing i’ll say is just be careful using it for too long when you first start because you’ll be sore!

Love the vest, but I wish the straps could be adjusted tighter around the chest.

Got it for my wife. She has been wearing it on our nightly walks and loves it. It’s got a few places she can clip on a small flashlight or water bottle and it stays put as we walk. She even wore it on a hike last week and had zero issues.

Great weighted vest. I purchased as a supplement to my fitness journey for increasing muscle strength , improving endurance and enhancing bone density. I wear it every day on my morning walk. I even notice it helps my posture.

Vest works great! 12lbs feels heavier than I expected. The material is soft and comfortable. It is adjustable. I like that it has 2 straps. Will order the next size up in this brand once I feel I have maxed out the use of the 12lbs.

Excellent! Fits well. I love how it buckles easily in the front. 12 pounds was the perfect weight to wear walking my dogs. It is helping tone my core and forces me to think about my posture while walking. I can do a 45 minute walk in the vest and feel I got a good workout.
