The product is really good, although the taste is tart as it has HCL so it can be harsh on your teeth, so better use it with a straw. Mixes easily in water and doesn't cause any gut issues so far provides energy for your workout too

Pros: Mix-ability is amazing. It is like magic. You don’t even have to do anything and it vanishes. Even better than Arginine. It is better at water retention at least for me. I don’t feel puffiness that I felt with MonoHydrate. Doesn’t cause the same level of stomach upset as Mono if you are prone to that sort of thing. Neutral: Cannot really say that it is better than monohydrate when it literally does the same thing. For me it is taking the same amount of time that Mono would take to kick in at the recommend dosage. Cons: It is very tart. I mean honestly I have never tried anything so tart and sour as this. It is so tart that I think that it is really bad for your teeth. This should come in a pill form as it is so tart. From reading around you need less amount for the same effect but on this product the recommend dosage is 3mg which is more than recommend amount. I need some explanation for that.
