I’ve been buying this same brand, the natrol all natural 10 mg melatonin for about three years now from Amazon I have Amazon subscription to where it is automatically delivered to me every three months. I used to take a 20 mg tablet up until my doctor told me that 10 mg is about all my body would absorb and anything more than that was probably just a waste, so I switched over to the 10 mg and I never felt a difference. I still fall asleep on my own after I take this with my other nighttime medication’s and wake up feeling very energized since I get a good nights sleep and I don’t feel any side effects from it like you would from a prescribed sleeping pill which are very addicting. The best thing about this all natural product is, you do not have any withdrawals or side effects from it’s use.

Very good product and works fast but also wears off fast, but helps you fall asleep. Value for money, you decide. Last bottle I purchased was $8 now the price is $17. You decide if the value is there. It helps, but it only helps about 4 hours!

This Melatonin worked well for me. I've tried other products that are Benadryl like ingredients and they knock me out and I feel drowsy in the morning. This got me to sleep pretty quick 30 minutes or so and I slept most the night. Granted I'm an older guy and need to pee a few times throughout the night and yet am able to get back to sleep after getting up. IMO everyone has different sleep patterns and has stuff going through their heads so this is not some kind of knockout product, it works ok for me but might not provide what some are looking for. Just got to try it and see.

It is not effective in falling asleep :(. Maybe it's because it's time-release, but I need it most at the very beginning, when I'm falling asleep.

My dad has trouble sleeping and has tried a lot of different things over the years. This is the best option we’ve found so far. It doesn’t fix everything, but it usually gives him a couple hours of sleep, which is a big deal for him and makes a notable difference. Definitely worth trying if nothing else has worked.
