The quality and easy of use are excellent. I like that the USB cables stay connected and wrap around device. Little pricey for sure, but feel this product will last and excels compared to other options.

I love it.

Not worth the money. It may have 4 microphones, but it can barely hear me when it is arm's reach away. And in order to hear things, I have to have the volume set to a minimum of 75%. My much older Jabra Speak 510 runs circles around this one. Same with my Yealink CP900, worked way better than this Speak2 75. (I connect all of my speakerphones via direct cable, and NOT by BT).

Great speaker. It’s a little bit heavy and sometimes you really has to speak up a little bit. However, reliable and works.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The speaker sound is amazing and one of the best. But their Mike is suspect. When I speak with my face not looking straight at the speaker the audio is not clear for the listener. It’s difficult to always look at the speaker and speak.

I really wanted to like this speaker and because it was pricey I expected a lot but people kept telling me the feedback was bad. I could hear them really clearly but they could not hear me so good and they said it was really annoying talking to me because of the feedback but on my side I could not hear the feedback. I updated the device and restarted but nothing helped. Fortunately I was able to return the device and received a full refund. I don’t know if this is an issue with just my device or if this is a common issue with this model. My advice is to stick to the 510 (which I also have) it’s a lot less expensive and to me has proven itself very reliable.

I tried two different types of speakerphone and both performed poorly over Bluetooth. When using this for phone calls, customers can hear all keyboard typing noise in the background with basically no cancellation. During Teams calls via USB, the noise cancellation is good enough. During a USB teams call, it will cancel background noise so long as you aren't quiet for a minute. If you are quiet for a period, it gets more and more desperate to hear something from you so it turns down the cancellation and turns up the mic sensitivity. The companion app did all the firmware updates and did not improve any of this. And there are basically no settings in the companion app regarding noise cancellation.
