I received my Galaxy S25 Ultra, and the product itself is absolutely fabulous—exactly what I was hoping for. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. The delivery person simply left the package at my front door, took a photo, and marked it as delivered without any confirmation or notification.What if I hadn’t seen it right away? Someone could have easily taken it, and then who would be responsible? It felt careless and completely irresponsible on the delivery side. For such a high-value item, a more secure and respectful delivery process is expected.

At First i thought this could be a scam or open box but i received the original package and you can always make sure by checking the IMEI no. so far the samsung s25 ultra is doing so well fast and reliable for my day to day task what i love about it was the design is lighter that my Previous phone amazing 200 mp camera with s pen response was great this is my second samsung device i purchase since my first samsung was on 2016 Samsung A7 really loving it so far.

Im sorry, i was excited to unbox it, when i power on the phone already open the user interface, usually when you open the brand new phone its showing the start up setup with language, this phone already set up with Chinese language, so i search to change the language from the settings and i change it to english, after that i discover this phone no option For the esim so its really disapointing, esim is really important to me. I decided to return it right away.

This is not an international version of the phone. I got it only to realize that it's a panama version, this wouldn't be an issue, except for the fact that samsung pay totally doesn't work on this phone because of this.

Samsung Pay's not working on this thing! I've tried everything, but it keeps saying it's not supported. So frustrating, because it worked perfectly on my old Note 20.Something's wrong, or maybe it's region-locked—they don't say anywhere. I wish I hadn't wasted my money and time.If you use Samsung Pay, don't buy it from this vendor; look elsewhere.

Charge is nill within 24 hrs its very bad to buy samsung as compared to i phone if samsung doesn't give 5 Thousand battery backupWithout any use its getting down and nill tooo
