We are about 3 months into use and love these. They have great range and camera clarity. The alert features work well and the monitor can easily go a night or two on one charge. The app works really well too! After going through 5 Vtech cameras in 3 years I hope this hold up better!

Great baby monitor. I wanted something that had a dedicated monitor but also I could connect on my phone. I can always disconnect it from the WiFi if needed. The controls are simple and the monitor fits in your pocket. Everything I was looking for in a baby monitor.

Very easy to set up, it only took me a couple of minutes. We haven’t used it for that long but so far we really like it. I like that you can use your phone or the separate monitor. We had a different one that was garbage so I got this one instead and I’m very happy. I bought one of those clips that holds baby monitors so I can clip it onto the side of the bassinet instead of mounting it on the wall.

The screen in my monitor wouldn't stay in no matter what settings I used, and contacting customer service was awful. 48 hours after leaving a message I got a call back from someone who's accent was so thick that I genuinely couldn't understand what they were saying, which was unfortunate since I was really hoping for some help. I called back and got someone else, who I also could barely understand, but got far enough for them to suggest settings to keep the screen on. Didn't work. Screen still timed out and was never constantly on. Screen didn't turn on automatically with sound either in VOX mode.It stinks because the video quality was incredible, but the audio quality was horrible, and the settings were even worse.Returned it and I'll never buy from them again. Horrible service and cheaply made device.

By far my favorite monitor. If allows multiple camera connections, an app for your phone to watch your child while your away, and also has a monitor so you don’t have to consider be on your phone. And the babysitters don’t have to download an app

We really loved this baby camera — the video quality is excellent, the night vision works great, and the overall design and features are thoughtfully made for parents.The only reason we returned it was the lack of motion alerts. For a baby monitor, this is a crucial feature. As new parents, we rely on those alerts for peace of mind when we’re not actively watching the screen. It’s surprising that this camera doesn’t offer motion notifications, especially since many of the brand’s other models do. It seems like a software limitation that could easily be resolved.I even reached out to their customer care team to ask if motion alerts might be added in a future update, but they said they didn’t know. Considering other users have shared similar feedback, I really hope the company takes this seriously and considers implementing it.If it had motion alerts, we would’ve absolutely kept it. Unfortunately, without that functionality, it just didn’t meet our needs.

Update: The company reached out to me after this review and offered a refund. I appreciate the company standing behind their product and hope they iron out the kinks with this monitor.We have been using this monitor for several months. The first monitor we got, the sound did not work at all and it would disconnect any time we tried to move the camera from the monitor functions. The company sent us a second monitor. This one randomly disconnects but usually reconnects relatively quickly. Annoying but tolerable. Tonight, the first night of sleep training our baby, the monitor disconnects and will not reconnect even with turning it in and off several times and standing directly outside of the babies room. We can’t go into the room to get closer to the camera because it beeps obnoxiously when it cannot reconnect and will wake her up . So now we have to either go in to the nursery and wake her up trying to connect the monitor or go to sleep without a monitor. Infuriating after nights on end of no sleep and completely defeats the purpose of having a monitor. At this price point I expected a reliable monitor.

It’s a good camera . Make sure you by a memory card with it . So you can actually run back video
