it will not look dark, it will look silvery.. it basically just adds some purple tone to take care of yellow.

Do I have to mix it with something or I can use it straight to my hairs?

Hi. You mix it with premium developer and use it 1:1 . You can buy big bottle on Amazon. Hope that helps

Can I use this with 30vol developer?

30 is far too strong. Use either 3 or 6. 6 is strong but works well. The blonde me developer is good to use as I used 6 but don't leave it on too long to let your hair get stringy. Hope this helps. Hairdressers use 3% but this can only be purchased via online salons. 2% is not good.
