Is this hot sauce worth the high price of $18? What does it taste like?

Of course it's not worth $18, but when you're a picante freak you go for it at least once. It's hot but the scorch is flavorful as well. To me it's hot, but I eat hot peppers daily so maybe I'm not really a good indicator. I'd say try it once and wish the price was about one-third of what you must pay.

it's more of paste than a sauce but it flows freely

Do I refrigerate this after opening?

Don't know the science behind the real answer, but I put mine in the fridge out of an abundance of caution. If nothing else, it will go rancid like any oil.

Amazing pick!

Kick up your pasta sauce

Excellent! Mixed with some finely diced red onion, red pepper and garlic, rolled into a marinara with hot Italian sausage, add a little cream and Parmesan and toss with a good Pappardelle pasta. To die for! 👌

Great taste but prefer smooth over the chunky style

Delicious and high-quality but I prefer the smooth version, especially in bottle form which would be used more like a hot sauce. All natural ingredients without any extra junk or preservatives.
