Broken, but would still recommend
Love it. Bought it about 2 and a half years ago and it cooled down my coffee alot on hot summer days. With extreme hot and extreme cold being in plastic, it's bound to crack and today is sadly that day. Gotta say tho, I'm surprised it lasted this long so its pretty durable in that sense

This is the ultimate way to test coffee's quality. Sip it black and freshly chilled.
Speed chilling fresh hot coffee is a game changer. I only bought it because deep prime day discount, but I should have bought one years ago. Like you haven't had iced coffee yet until you've found some way to cool it down quickly without watering it down. Just putting it in the fridge to cool or in a jar or something is 100% not the same thing, and I would never have known. I can't explain it and I could never have predicted it. This is the ultimate way to test coffee's quality. Sip it black and freshly chilled. The thing is a little heavy because water, and a little tiny bit too tall to just stick in the coffee machine, but it's doable. These are not design flaws, this thing is extremely well made given all the constraints forced on the idea by physics. Honestly my only ask would be wishing the top "lid" was stainless steel. But that would probably have changed the cost and I'd never have tried it in the first place so I am not complaining.

Great ideally but it cracked after 9 months
Absolutely love this thing! I only drink iced coffee and this thing is a miracle worker for busy mornings. However.... I'm really disappointed that after 9 months it cracked. I never dropped it never overfilled it or anything. Really wanted to give it a higher rating but had to drop at least one star for that

Great Chiller
It's used every morning for iced coffee. Works just as described and cools the coffee down quickly before it's poured into the actual ice. So there is no watering down from the ice

Broke on first use
I bought this in September 2024 and just got around to using it for the first time now. I watched their video online and filled the water to the indicated levels marked on the container but it cracked on my first use and water spilled out all over my counter and some into my cup. Looks like the plastic cracked on the rim of the largest canister along the edge where the plastic touches the metal. I’m definitely outside the timeline for returning at this point. The ice coffee tastes great and it’s the closest I’ve gotten to replacing my iced coffee Starbucks habit but I’m disappointed it broke on the first use. As it stands now, I would not recommend purchasing - seems like there is a quality issue if the plastic can’t stand up to going from freezer to under a hot coffee stream.

Doesn't Hold Up Well to Daily Use
I had my first one for years and only used it a handful of times, but then about a year ago I started making iced protein coffee every morning and eventually bought a second one after 9 months of daily use so I could have one in the freezer at all times. My first one (bought probably around 2020/2021) eventually got a bulge on the bottom that leaked slightly - but that may be my fault by over-filling the bottom part and it expanding when it froze. The "newer" one I got - March 2026 - already has a thin crack all the way down one side that leaks a lot. I still use it, but it makes a "puddle" of ice in my freezer every time. I'm not sure if it's a lower quality than the first or just a defective one-off I really love my iced coffee and this works pretty quickly, but I wish the plastic held up better

Must Have for Iced Drinks
I absolutely love this and it's a necessity for anybody who likes iced drinks. The upgrade to the stainless steel outer is highly recommended. I previously purchased 3 of the plastic ones (one for my daughter, one for my office and one for home) and both of mine cracked. The company replaced the first one without any hassle but when the second one cracked I didn't want to replace it with another plastic one and ordered the stainless steel. Because I put sugar in my coffee I brew into a cup, add the sugar and then pour into this container. Let it sit or I swirl it around for a minute, then pour over ice. The ice doesn't melt and water down the coffee. This thing is just absolutely brilliant! It does 10 oz really well and 12 ounces is about maximum and might slosh out a little bit as you swirl.

It works good but read kinda cons
1) if you can’t wait about five minutes for an ice cold cup of coffee WITHOUT ADDING ICE don’t get this. 2) only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But 4$ 3) it has more parts then I thought it was going to but they’re not really a big pain. But it has you know a few parts four of them that you’ve got to maintain and make sure you don’t lose but they really don’t need to be put into a dishwasher you just wash them off and you put them back together again and you keep putting it into the freezer after you use it you dump it out you wash it out fill it up again put it in the freezer. But it has more parts and I was expecting a lot more. I was expecting it to have just one container and that’s it but it’s nothing like that depending on how hot the coffee is you put into it you can get 2 usages but again you’re going to wait between five and 10 minutes for the second one as well. So if you’re in a hurry and you want 24 ounces of coffee this is not what you get. This was not exactly what I was expecting when I got this. I understand the concept of it is you know pretty basic but I didn’t think it was gonna be like this I thought that it was gonna be a very large container and it’s not I also thought I was gonna be able to drink out of it and you can’t because it’s huge. It’s not meant to be drunk you have to pour into something else. But overall of course it works. The concept is simple there’s a ton of ice with a metal container and a coffee goes into it and as the ice melts the coffee gets colder. I’m not disappointed at all. Because I can wait that amount of time to get an iced coffee It works. I watched a video about it and you know it’s about 60 seconds or so they said to leave it in. To be completely honest here that’s not how it works. When I get iced coffee I don’t want any ice inside of it OK I want the coffee to be cold like it was in the refrigerator I don’t want the ice. ice waters down no matter what you get. You have to leave this there for about five minutes if you take it directly from your coffee pot and poured it. It only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But if you leave it there for five minutes or so it comes out ice cold. And depending on how hot it is you can get more than one usage out of it you may have to wait five or 10 minutes out. But if you want a cup of coffee that’s going to be cold without ice you’re not gonna get it in 60 seconds no matter what are you shaking around you know slowly in your head and swirly they said to do or to leave it standing straight you’re not gonna get it cold like that you’re still gonna have to put it over ice. So wait five minutes if you can

It's great
OK, this thing (the stainless steel model) is awesome. Got it for my wife, who loves her coffee but hates watered-down iced coffees in the summer, and she thinks it's great. Easy to use, chills your drink very quickly, and the steel model won't crack. If you're thinking you'll like it, chances are that you will.

Duuren lange voorbereiding.
6 tot12 uur ijs invriezen voor je hem kunt gebruiken is best lang en hij is peperduur

Good to use
Overall it works out well. Kept it in the freezer while not in use.

Not as bad as you think
I bought this BEFORE seeing it had a 2 star review and reading stories of it cracking after just one use. So in the week or so it took to arrive to me I had developed a plan. I didn’t fill the ice compartments all the way and have kept it upright in my freezer. After a week of everyday use, sometimes twice a day- it hasn’t failed me and I am a big fan.

Cracked lid in a week!
The lid cracked within a week of daily use. I would brew the coffee in a cup and not directly on to the lid. Inspite of that, the lid cracked. They should think of making the lid stainless steel as well! Or offer replacement lids.
