Orly is the only nail polish I will ever use. No more cheap stuff and definitely NOT Dollar store although tempting-they ruin nails and cause chipping. Orly is a dream. Goes on perfectly and stays on. Healthy for your nails. P.S. if you use acetone to remove polish always wash your hands with soap and water dry well then MOISTURIZE before applying new polish. Otherwise: ACETONE CAN DAMAGE ! just a tip. Thanks Orly for making such a good product in many colors. This hot pink was so pretty !!

This is a perfect primary purple. Which is harder to find than I expected. Used two coats and then in photo is topped with an essie top effect top coat. Wore for a week with no chips when paired with Seche Vite gel effects topcoat

I love Orly nail polish because it doesn't wear off quickly. I have always loved the brightest colors in nail polish and Orly always delivered ... until recently. I am saddened to find that they do not offer these neon colored nail polishes anymore, so I grab them where I can now.

Nice color and I will continue to use it, but it does not replace and it is not the same as Oh Cabana Boy!

Good nail polish and good color

This is labeled hello yellow. But it is not the same color it's some weird shimmery glittery opaque gold color. The photo shows a bright sunny yellow. Im pretty upset, I will never use this it looks like someone spilled pickle juice and sadness into cheap Champagne.

It is not Neon. Just a normal pink

Color beautiful, but old product. I only used once, right when it came in. It can’t be used again, it’s too thick.

Orly Scales & Tales is a pearl confetti topper, and not neon. There are various sizes of pink, blue, mint green, purple and silver hexagon shapes. The The base is clear. It can be worn in one coat as a manicure. I did not have to sponge it on my nails. It would look nice on pastel nail polish as a topper, or an accent nail. I really like the Orly toppers, and have purchased several.

This polish is NOT like the image. Not neon yellow. Someone said it was like split pea soup and that is bang on. Has a tinge of green.

I like the Orly brand of lacquer as you get a lot of polish for your money (18ml.) Also the quality is there, granted there are some older collections on Amazon where the polish has thickened, but can be revived by using thinner. The confetti one called Looking Glass can be used alone or as intended. I have purchased several of these toppers. Very pleased with my purchase.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Very effective-dries quickly too
