I wanted to start moving towards cruelty free products. I really liked my other shampoo and conditioner so I googled cruelty free equivalent products and this one came up. The shampoo is volumizing and helps with making my hair look thicker. It doesn’t take a lot either (i have very long hair) so shampoo goes a long way. Nice clean scent and rinses out easily in our hard water. Very pleased with this product and will continue purchasing.

This shampoo and conditioner has caused sores on my scalp and has left the overall texture very dry. My hair began thinning. I have never had an issue like this with any hair product. For the price of this shampoo and conditioner you would expect it to not damage and have an awful smell. Apparently living proof uses chemicals that are known to do this to some users. Buyer of this shampoo and conditioner from living proof beware.

I was wrong! This shampoo is awesome! I lost a good amount of hair on my first wash and I think, it's because It was time for a good shed. I wash my hair 2 time since and a very little amount of hair felt down . My hair looks nice and shiny, they feel soft and I have volume.

Don’t need a conditioner. Pricy but a little goes a long way. Hair is smooth and shiny, not tacky or oily as either other higher end products.

It's good. a bit drying. not for everyday use. but good yes, increases volume definitely.
