smells absolutely amazing
love love love this whole range. i never understood the hype but finally brought the set and it smells incredible and makes my hair feel silky. i do with the conditioner was thicker as i feel i have to use a bit more than i would. however the bottles are massive so it more then definitely makes up for it! it lathers well and doesnt irritate my scalp, i have psoriasis so have to be careful and it’s not caused any issues!

Pump doesn't open
Why do manufacturers still insist on putting products like this into bottles with pumps that you can't open? I tried twisting it this way and that and it just doesn't open. The product itself is nice. Good fragrance and lather.

Impossible to use the pump on it
Love the shampoo. Just can't get the pump to work without taking it apart first. Puts me off ordering a new bottle

Smells nice but....
Smells nice and I like the packaging. But the shampoo itself is awful for my greasy hair! Left it feeling like I hadn't washed the shampoo out properly and it felt greasy! Definitely not for greasy haired people!!

One of the best shampoo products that are sulphur free. I started using it in the USA but found I could not get it in the stores in the UK. More expensive than the USA but worth the money. It will be a regular order of mine. You only need to use a small amount so the expense
