Can it be spayed indoors with no open windows?

I would recommend not doing that. It's poison.... I would even venture to say that the only time it is safe to spray poison in a home with no windows open is never...or perhaps if you have no walls or a roof. Even then you may be pushing your luck.

Can I use this outside on a brick house?

Is this product any good for moth infestations?

Doubtful. It’s pretty specific to only the Asian lady beetles, where it’s very effective.

Do you need to keep spraying? How long does an application last?

I've only sprayed it once for far and it's been two months or more since I initially did it. There's enough in there for multiple sprays if needed though, so it should last you quite a long time.
