I've been having premenopausal symptoms for years now (I'm 38) and I've been tested for everything in the books and everything pops out "normal" (sounds familiar?? Ughh) which is frustrating because I kept having crazy inexplicable weight gain (I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach so I'm no amateur to fitness and nutrition) breasts swollen and feeling extremely tired. Add endless stomach issues to the equation and constant constipation that made me miserable (and I eat enough fiber and drink lots of water). I tried dim supplements (high doses) in the past but I think they messed up my body so stopped. I decided to try this one -which is a blend- because my self image has always been extremely important to me and in spite of my hard work and watching my macros, calorie deficit, etc I was seeing no results and started to mess with my mental health.Two weeks in I'm not bloated anymore, no more endless stomach issues, fogginess, etc etc and feeling sooo much better! I gotta say that I am very surprised by these I’m 310 pounds my height is 5’4 and I take a lot of medications. I have had PCOS for many years as long as I can remember I go times without a period for five months to eight months. I took this within day one I had my period not even joking. It was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced but yet here I am very pleased. I haven’t had any hormone changes, any crying outbursts, or problems down there, I am very shocked. I had my period on day one but then yet again not really shocked because you never know nowadays what’s in stuff and what can cause stuff to happen they are very easy to swallow. They are decent size pretty large, but it’s very easy to swallow and I am normally very scared to swallow large pills but they go down very easily when you do it one at a time there is a taste, but it’s not a bad taste. I can’t really describe it besides not bad I’ve been taking them every day along with my other medication and there hasn’t been any side effects the functionality I’m not really sure how to describe that besides, I really like the container and how easy it is to open and get the pills Out. There is no smell at all, and I can’t really say if they help with sleep or not, but I have noticed that I have been sleeping more, but was someone with PCOS and they don’t have periods for it to happen. Literally on day one shook me straight, shook me. I had this weird stomach feeling like I started to get bloated and then from there I got a couple cramps and it was just midday I went to the bathroom and boom! I couldn’t believe it now I’m not saying this will happen to you or the next girl but I’m hoping it does if you have a problem with having a period with PCOS or anything else might solve issues might not solve issues but all I know is what it’s been happening with me and what happened on day one shook !!! Plus I have to add. I know this is too much information, but I do not take birth control pills at all or any form of birth control, I know they say that it helps regulate your period but I’ve been trying to go as natural as I can, even though it’s very hard to do nowadays when you have to have other medications like controlled substances or antidepressants. I hope this helps and to be honest if you’re a big girl and you have or just have PCOS in general and you’ve been missing periods for an extended amount of time or you’re not on birth control control of some kind and you’re missing periods and you’re not pregnant I really do suggest that you try it Even if it’s just for a month because straight shook when it said side effects start around 3 to 4 months no not with me. This product does everything it says I have unbound this hormones. My cycle is normally up and down with the schedule since I’ve been taking these my cycle has come regularly, these capsules is easy to take no taste easy on the system and I would say definitely worth trying. I will buy them again and again and again.

Okay so my period has always been regular except this time, I had my period like June 27 and it usually last 3-4 days then around 1st week of July I started bleeding again but like spotting to light bleeding for the whole month, and now its august I was still bleeding.. I didnt wanna go to see doctors since i don't have insurance yet and it's gonna cost a lot of money, so I read the reviews of this products first before buying it and after 5-6 days of taking it, it almost stopped my bleeding, I said almost because it's not completely gone but theres like a tiny bit left but still I was bleeding more before this but not it's almost gone. Glad I dont need to visit a doctor for now 🥺 but im only giving 4 starts since i think it made my face break out and bit? I'm not acne prone and never experienced breaking out my whole life (im 29) and this is the first. But im still glad that this help my bleeding you guys have no idea how uncomfortable it is to wear pads it's itchy and also washing your underwear is hard, removing the blood stains is hard unless you use bleach but of course the con is it will bleach your underwear. I have PCOS. My ovulation tests before taking this never produced a dark line. I only took this for one month so far and this month my line is DARK. So I am going to say this product definitely does something. The pills are kind of big so I have to take all 3 separately. This also helped with my mood swings and cramps during my menstrual cycle. It’s worth the money for me and can hopefully help give me the child I always wanted.
