Good sound, plays well on batteries.
Has good sound. I bought it to play my CDs on road trips. The batteries have lasted more than 4 hours (still going strong).

Don't buy this CD player.
If you play music every day this cd player will not hold up! We have had ours approximately four months and it no longer works properly. The sound quality is okay when it plays.

Small but big on sound
It may be small and cute but it delivers: Great sound!! Easy to use, no special or confusing directions, just drop in your battery and it’s good to go. And, you can take it with you to listen to the music you like . What’s there not to love?

Returned after 15 seconds of playing disc.
Horrible sound, played a disc and within 15 seconds was on Amazon initiating a return. Would not recommend this player if sound is a factor for you. Disappointed as I need a portable CD player. Size was perfect, and very portable, but the sound quality sucked.

Great that they are still making CD players.
It's a nice, compact CD player with radio and remote. Sound is good. I enjoy listening to my CD's on it.

They don't make 'em like they used to
Actually returned it and am using the money toward fixing the CD player on our 1998 Aiwa 4-speaker boombox. But if sound quality isn't on top of your list this works as far as being able to play cds and also connect to usb stick for music.

It is for 110 watt US Standart but you can change it
Philips , a Dutch company, is known for quality that's why I choose it.But ...I live in Kenya and we have 240 watt not 110. Didn't read al from the description before ordering.Once connecting it blow something. A technician repair it and it works perfect without a adapter or other stuff.
