How does Raise-to-Wake work?

Please wrist flip (instead of lifting) to activate the screen. If you experience latency, please update the device firmware to the latest version V1.00.11 via the VeryFit app to restore optimal performance.

How to set up the smartwatch for first-time use?

Initial Setup Required Please charge your smart watch with the chaging cable to activate device before first use. To use all features, pair the smartwatch with the VeryFit app (iOS 9.0+/Android 6.0+ smartphones only). Not with tablets or computers.

How does the watch track my steps accurately?

The watch starts recording only after you walk continuously for 10+ steps. It ignores simple translational movements, e.g., pushing a shopping cart, to ensure accurate data. For optimal results, wear it during actual walking or running activities.

Where can I find the more detailed operation guide?

Please login in the VeryFit app, then refer to the following ways 1. Click 'Device - How to use - User Guide & Other operations' in the app. 2. Click 'My - Help - FAQ' in the app to find detailed operations.

1. This watch supports the silent alarm function. Method: Setting→Sounds and Vibration→Silent mode. 2. This watch doesn't support music playback. Music control refers to the watch acting as a controller to remotely manage music playback.
