sí lo recomiendo, es muy buen suplemento. A mí me recetaron de esa cantidad que es baja pero me ha funcionado muy bien. Me habían hecho estudios de vitamina D, tenía un poco bajo, empecé a tomar este suplemento y sí se me niveló.
