Had this a few weeks now. Exactly how I hoped it would be. Firmness rating is correct. Delivered promptly and well protected. The two guys who Delivered it had long walk with it to our apartment from the van. Asked us which room it needed to go in.very pleased.

I bought this while there was an offer on as it was cheaper than buying from local retailers so it made the purchase fantastic value. It's soft to the touch & feels of a very high quality with great finishing. It's very supportive without being too hard or firm. Suffering from back pains, this was exactly what I needed because I find soft beds cause me back pain with the same thing happening with beds which are too firm so I was a little concerned about the description of Medium Firm. I have to say that I think that describes this mattress very well so overall, I'm extremely pleased with what arrived & how it has turned out after a few months of having it, bearing in mind that I've placed this mattress on a solid wooden bedstead with slats, because on a furnished or padded divan type bedstead, it'll probably feel softer. However, one word of warning & that is applicable to any mattress which is thicker than normal & especially one that is a King Size. While it has handles to facilitate turning the mattress which is periodically recommended, it is somewhat heavy & awkward to do it without the assistance of another person.

Good mattress. The King Size mattress is a good fit for my Barker and Stonehouse Flagstone bed. The delivery and removal of the old mattress service was great and was the main reason for purchasing it through Amazon. The firm mattress has made a world of difference to my aging back. I used to wake up and it would take me 5 minutes to free my back up; now thanks to the design and the support it offers I have no back issues . The mattress has no noticeable odour. The sides are mostly well supported and it doesn't feel like you are going to roll out of bed, however the only negative is the sides could have more support on the very edge when sitting on edge of the bed.

I had planned to wait a while before giving a review, but wow! After ONE night only, I have woken up pain free, and now know that the cause of all my hip pain, and general feeling of not even being able to even stand fully upright, and walk normally, when I got up, was ALL down to sleeping on a 16- 20 year old mattress, which was a no-turn, to make things even worse. I cannot say how long this mattress will continue to give this level of support and comfort, or if I will have any of the problems others mention - it's early days, but, I will turn it regularly, let it air out daily, care for it to the best of my abilities, and hopefully, all will be well. The one negative does not even apply to the actual mattress, just my negligence, in failing to consider the difference between a deeper mattress than the one I had, when it came to getting it up the stairs. Those poor delivery guys had a real struggle with it, as I have steep stairs in a small two up two down, terraced house, and this is a king sized mattress. It was completely stuck once, and they really had to force it, and I felt so sorry for them. They shouldn't have to put up with this, and if I had measured up, this wouldn't have been an issue. So worth bearing in mind. My fitted sheets still fit though, as the corners of the mattress are slightly rounded, which helps. All in all, so far, this mattress is worth it's weight in Gold ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s a very comfy, well made mattress that feels safe of chemicals. There were no nasty smells. Relatively heavy so will need two people to manoeuvre. It is less firm than expected, but finding its supportive and getting a lot more quality sleep than on my previous mattress.

Whenever I need a new mattress this is my go to one and everyone says they’ve had a great nights sleep. I’ve recommended them to family and friends and they too are delighted with their purchase. A fabulous choice

The information is completely misleading. This is not a medium/firm mattress, but rather a soft/medium. It has no support as described, and you easily sink on it. It's very light (which already a sign of low quality). Not to mention that the state that it has arrived was filthy. Not only the packaging which made my hands super dirty, but also inside when packaging was removed, you could see dirty marks on the mattress handle's.
