I got the product replaced on the first day as the glass was crooked. Then it worked fine for some time and suddenly there was a gas smell coming from the stove, I called support and they sent a technician who claimed that the main pipe under the stove was eroded which was leaking gas all inside my home and I need to pay for a replacement while the product was under warranty. We got that replaced. Then after a few months, again the gas smell issue and a burner was not working. Still under warranty, I called support. The said they'll send someone in under 48 hours. I waited 10 days and no one came. This person (called "Blowhot Anju Bangalore" as per Truecaller) phoned me and blamed me for expecting their service. I was told to go to a local shop and get it fixed all the while the gas was leaking and we were scared to turn it on and cook food. Is this the service and the quality of product you sell @Blowhot. Shame on you for putting my family at risk. Never buying anything from this brand. Unreliable product and service, cheap quality product and pipes. The technician is still not here at the time of writing this review.

Overall, I am satisfied with the cooktop. The performance is good and it works well, although the cooking time is a little longer than expected. The service and repair process was also somewhat time-consuming, but the team handled the issue properly and resolved the problem satisfactorily. Overall, good product and good service,

**Very Disappointing Experience with Blowhot 3-Burner Gas Stove – Warranty Misleading** I purchased a **Blowhot 3-burner gas stove about 18 months ago**, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Since the purchase, I have faced **multiple problems with the stove**, and every time I contact the service team, the technician asks for **service charges**. What is most frustrating is that the company promotes a **2-year warranty**, which gives customers the impression that the product is covered during this period. However, when I actually need service, I am being asked to pay charges. The company’s warranty terms and communication are also very unclear. If there are conditions such as only **1 year of free service** and charges after that, this should be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase and on the bill. Customers should not be misled by advertising a 2-year warranty and then being asked to pay for service during that period. A product that has required **so many repairs within just 18 months** raises serious questions about its quality and reliability. **Very poor product experience and disappointing after-sales service.** I would strongly recommend that potential buyers carefully check the warranty terms, service charges, and what is actually covered before purchasing a Blowhot product.

Nothing special same as other stoves and nope having problem, while switching on also have issues. Don't recommend to buy so expensive stove when we get in very reasonable and affordable price with best functioning.
