This is a very powerful and affordable supplement to support cells and healthy aging and energy levels. It has increased my energy but I bought it for long-term healthy aging. The price is amazing for the quality. I just bite into the capsule slightly to release a little of its neutral-tasting liquid so I can easily swallow. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality product very pleased!

I am 75 years old and usually work out 3 times a week and walk several miles a day and as well am trying to heal a broken knee cap. Went to Europe for 6 weeks without exercising except for walking and dreaded returning to the gym fearing weakness and muscle loss. However, I was astounded to find that I gained strength and endurance. I can only attribute it to this formulation. As an aside I am also taking L-Carnitine and Taurine that may have contributed. Either way I am delighted.

Only problem is you have to take it with both food and water. Not or. Still waiting for full 2 bottles to see if I want to reorder. But really no issues
