Great product feels nice and durable and works smoothly. Little bit heating issue while charging. With my phone i can put phone and power bank both inside my pocket.

Spigen powerbank (Arcpack-PA 2400).. Received in we'll packed condition with spigen hologram sticker on the seal.. that's a good thing to be noted.. reference pix above.. product looks good.. delivered just today(may 10 2026) will use the product and then tell about the product later.. so far it's got 50% battery when delivered.. gonna charge it now.. packaging is good and product looks good without damage.. spigen did a great job n amazon did a great job in delivering it appropriately..

Defective product
I am very disappointed with this Spigen 10000mAh power bank. I bought it expecting it to provide close to its advertised capacity, but it charges my phone by only around 25% on a single full charge. This is far below my expectations. I don't know if I received a defective unit, but the performance is unacceptable. It's disappointing that Amazon is selling products like this without proper quality checks. I expected much better from both Spigen and Amazon. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

Best Li-ion portable 5000mah power bank
Very compact. The stand provided is a cherry on top can hold my S23 ultra in both vertical and horizontal way. Price is bit on higher side but this is lithium ion battery so it lasts long. Best to choose li ion instead of cheap lithium polymer batteries.

Poor performance
I use it to charge my Pixel 8a. Even when it's fully charged, it only delivers about 60% battery to the phone, so I have to recharge the unit again before I can use it. I initially thought the issue was with my phone, but I tested it on another device and it still doesn’t charge all the way to 100%. Not recommded
