It worked out well for me. After taking a shower, moisturized it, applied some of it then used a little bit of beard oil and wax.

Its a great product, doesn't give me an allergy. Try it.

Terrible product that’s not worth the time and price. When the product arrived, I used it the next morning after I completed my morning skin care and beard care routine. I used it for a full week before I stopped using the product altogether. First, the liquid/dye etc was dried out when I opened it for the first time. The material is a chunky/dried out that will stain your dress shirts and undershirts. I’m a professional flight attendant who loves to dress up and look sharp and dapper in my uniform. My company requires male flight attendants to wear a button up collared dress shirt with a tie. Applied this product for the first time and allowed it to dry before I put on an undershirt and a dress shirt. The product stained my collar within the first 15 minutes.

What I like Immediate visual boost. The dye does a good job of filling in sparse patches and giving the hair a richer, more consistent medium-brown tone. It’s convincing enough in casual or indoor lighting, and really helps mask uneven growth or lighter / gray hairs. Straightforward application. The brush-on formula is pretty easy to use: just apply, wait, and let it set. No complicated mixing or long wait times. Temporary & forgiving. Because it washes out with shampoo, it’s not a big commitment. If the shade is slightly off or he overdoes it in a spot, it can be corrected the next day. Reasonable for occasional use. For events, photos, or times when he wants that extra fullness, this is a solid option without the permanence or commitment of a full dye. What could be better / drawbacks Durability is limited. It doesn’t always hold up well under sweat, water, or touching. Some fading or smudging can occur by day’s end, especially in hot or active conditions. Risk of “painted” look. If too much product is applied or blending isn’t careful, it can look patchy or unnatural in close-up or bright light. Texture / residue. Right after application, there can be a bit of stickiness or tackiness until it fully dries. Some parts can feel a bit stiff. Shade matching is critical. The medium brown is decent for many, but if his natural hair color or skin undertone differs, the contrast can show. Not a growth solution. It enhances appearance but does nothing for stimulating real hair growth or thickness.

Works well but not much product in the tube, hence the lower rating for the price. Lol at people giving 1 star after washing it out of their hair and saying it doesn't work. Read the directions people. You wash it out when you want it...out. Otherwise, yes it lasts for most of the day. I tend to rub my beard a lot out of habit and must reapply at least once. I go for a more natural look and don't dye all the hair as I find it looks much better. If you dye them all you tend to look like steven segal and that is not a compliment.

I bought this for my Halloween costume because my beard had too much grey hair in it to blend with the costume wig. The Beard Club 1 Day Temporary Dye was super easy to use. It's basicallythe same concept as mascara. The tube contains the thick dye substance. The tube will scrape off excess dye from the applicator brush as you pull it out of the tube. Then you apply as much or as little as you want. It dries quickly and washes out easily with soap and water. I didn't experience any stains on my shirt or clothes, but I was also careful not get any on me while it was wet. There is a slight odor when you first apply it, but it's not bad and mostly goes away once it dries.
