I switched to plant based milk years ago and got in the habit of just buying it. However that was getting expensive and I wasn't loving all the stuff added in so I decided to try my had and making it. At first it was via nut bag which doesn't work for me (admittedly I'm lazy), so I got a Nutr Ultra. Bad bad bad decision. The brand new item came used and missing parts, and customer service couldn't be reached. Needless to say I was so hesitant to get this because it is expensive and I didn't want to waste more money. Honestly, I probably went overboard on reading and watching reviews on this machine before purchasing it! And Amazon has a much better return policy so it was worth the risk.I've only used it a couple times so far but that's enough to know this is far and away a better product. Holy cow is this easy to use and the recipe book is great. It takes about 2 minutes to make 3-4 cups of milk and like 3 ingredients. Clean up is so easy, the pulp comes out dry and they give you a cool little silicone pouch to store it in. Between prep, making it, and clean up the process takes a grand total of 5 minutes.I've done almond and coconut milks so far and literally just tossed them into the machine with no prep / soaking. Machine ground everything up so fine and got more milk out of the ingredients than I ever did squeezing and straining! Best part though is how smooth the milk is. Even double filtering milk before I could never get it this smooth. There's no grittiness and it tastes better than store bought.All to say that yes, it is expensive, but if you use nut / oat milks regularly it's a very good investment IMO.

Love it, Love it. First off, this is not a paid review, I brought my unit out right. I have tried a couple other Milk makers and they produced either really grainy milk and/or were very cumbersome to clean. Not so with Nama! It was easy to set-up. Fast to make my coconut milk (according to recipe book(s) provided). I was very happy with the consistency/ thickness of my milk. You just put the dried nut it, sweeten to taste and turn the knob. Within 10min you have a great product. The unit is supper easy to clean up. I have the Nama juicer as well (2 years) and I am very happy with it's build quality and easy functionality so I expect great things from this unit. I recommend taking the plunge and getting it.

First of all the packaging is the best and done so nicely really a lot of care has been taken into this. Making nut milks has been the best thing I’ve ever done. The Nama makes it so easy to use the cleanup is very easy and the milk tastes great and so creamy. It definitely is worth every dollar. The quality shows from the packaging to all the product that it produces. I’m so happy with it and the 15 year warranty is unbelievable! When I make coconut milk I use the pulp in the treats that I make for my dog he loves them.

Do not hesitate to buy this machine. I used to own two other name brand but milk machines, and this thing blows them out of the water. It's so easy to use, and clean. The milks I have made all come out super creamy and the pump is super dry. You can sprinkle the pulp into your garden to amend the soil. It's worth every penny.

This is an amazing machine. I have tried just about every method to make oat milk I could imagine. It seems a bit pricey, but it's so easy and it's so good and it's so fun and it's an amazing machine. I can't give it a higher review.

Wow, I couldn’t be happier with this product. I have been using a simple milk making machine before this one, and honestly this is in a different league. It is a very heavy sturdy machine made with top quality materials. It makes the most delicious and creamy milk in the fastest time, and cleanup is a breeze. Although expensive, it is worth every penny, not to mention the 15 year guarantee. Well done Nama, a brilliant machine!

Such a time saver and hand saver when making nut milks! I do wish it held a little more so we could make more at once but overall this little machine is fantastic and does the job better than squeezing by hand and even extracts more than you could by hand.

I love this thing. The tastes and options you can make on your own are so much better but I was getting sick of the vitamix + nut milk bag process and cleanup. This thing makes milk SO FAST and its really easy to clean. I prep my oven before I start making the milk and make crackers with the pulp right after and my kids are obsessed with them which is an added win.I also love the different recipes they provide, I cant wait to try so many of them.I thought this thing was overhyped and was going to end up in a Goodwill, but NOPE, this is staying around for a long time. My coffee has really been elevated by this by miles.
