I’m not a plumber and have no need for a blow torch other than to satisfy my inner arsonist and this bright yellow baby allows me to do just that. I have no doubt it would be exceptionally good at sticking copper tubes together with that melting silver stuff that plumbers keep in their pockets. I’ve used it to light BBQ’s with a 100% success rate, which as a bonus, has raised my credibility with the opposite sex to stratospheric heights. Remember boys, the girls like a man who knows how to light a fire inside them. You may think this is only good to create a very hot flame, but you’d be wrong. As it fires up the noise is a superb roar and I like to pretend I’m Captaining a hot air balloon high in the sky. I had an Ant nest in my garden which bore more than a passing resemblance to Mount Etna and at a conservative estimate contained in excess of a million ants. With this yellow canister of death I was able to exterminate them in seconds making me feel like Robert Duvall as Lieutenant Colonel Bill Kilgore in Apocalypse Now. “I love the smell of incinerated ants in the morning.” As this is a very good looking cylinder, I like to get it out when my mates are around. It draws gasps of envy from them when I use it to fire up some herbs and evokes far more interest than a normal lighter would. All in all there’s nothing I don’t like about this and am happy to recommend it to all Amazonians if you need a fire in your forest.
