I needed a refill after finishing a bottle I got from Walmart. As it turns out, it's a better value to get here. For about the same price, you get a lot more capsules. This magnesium has been a game changer for me. It has helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. It has also helped me take better control of my anxiety. I highly recommend!

nice supplement - i don't like the capsule size but got used to it - very gentle on stomach, no diarrhea if used twice day, always check with a doctor or nutritionist before you take any supplement.120ct lasting long
