Absolutely love these. I'm backing off my caffeine intake and losing weight, so these have been great for both! Taste is great and I'm far from a coffee drinker. They are smooth and help fill in some gaps in nutrition I have while dieting. Lowest cal/highest protein brand I have found and the cost is probably the best I've seen.

There are protein drinks on the market that have a higher protein content (by a couple of grams). The Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Protein Shake tastes better, IMO. I make a milkshake twice a day using this drink, milk, ice cream, a dash of extra chocolate, and a tablespoon of whey protein. Good Stuff! I highly recommend Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Protein Shake. It is an excellent product.

I love the flavor of this, which is cafe latte. It has a large amount of protein, and caffeine too. I got these on sale so they were a good deal for the price. I have them for breakfast with a muffin or pastry.

The taste is good but when i drink i taste coffee pulps in my mouth, amazing caffeine ok taste not great

These protein shakes are really good! The vanilla flavor is smooth and not overpowering—tastes like classic vanilla, not artificial at all. They’re easy to drink, not chalky, and perfect for a quick protein boost. I’ve already reordered and would definitely recommend if you like vanilla-flavored shakes. I would 100% buy these again I’ve actually tried all the flavors so far and they’re delicious! I love how they’re healthy as well there’s not a whole lot of additives or preservatives!

Ordered 8/9/24. Expired products (Aug 2024). The ones that expire Sept-Nov 2024 tasted stale and had large lumps despite shaking. Will not purchase again.
