Take nightly an hour or so before bed. Seems to help sleep although I still wake up several times in the middle of the night. Age and drinking too much water, etc. However, I do believe these help. Nice taste. Warning, they are coated with sugar.

These definitely help me sleep better. I no longer wake up at 3am every night. I wake up feeling refreshed. They are larger and sweeter than I would like, but I appreciate that I am going into a deeper sleep and am no longer tossing and turning at night.
