Does this have sugar, does it taste sweet?

No sugar. Just straight matcha tea mixes well with water

What grade is this tea? Ceremonial? Culinary?

I just purchased this tea today and it is very bitter. It should be labeled as culinary grade rather than ceremonial. I've had several other brands of Matcha that are far better tasting and smoother on the palate.

Is it ceremonial or cooking grade matcha?

I believe it is ceremonial grade.
