This wallet takes UK banknotes without problem. It is very slim as it is made from Tyvek. I previously had a different make of Tyvek wallet that was not deep enough to properly hold UK notes. That survived well over a year of being bounced between pockets, before becoming disreputable enough to warrant replacement. This is the original, and while the outside will almost certainly gain a similar patina to the previous one, I am happy to replace it with another every year.If you want to make your own version then search for instructions on the internet, but once you have sourced a sheet of Tyvek the right size and spent all the effort to fold your own, you may as well buy a ready made one. Dynomighty are the original and of good quality.As the wallet is basically paper you can write or draw on it to personalise. Use a 'Sharpie' for best results.

Everything you need in a wallet, as long as you don't mind not having a coin purse.The design is impressive, every time I've whipped out my wallet I've gotten comments on how good looking and unique it is, and the Tyvek material is genius. It's eco-friendly, too.One absolutely small detail is the design rubs away at the corners where it folds, as you slide it in and out of tight pockets, but you should expect this if you've ever had a wallet before. That portion always ages slightly faster than the rest of it.Very pleased. And it would make a wonderful gift.

This wallet is incredible- its pros include being* the thinnest, lightest wallet I've ever owned that takes a dozen credit cards, and notes.* a conversation piece in itself: almost every person who has seen me with it and realised its a wallet has asked me about it. Not the best but certainly not the worst place to strike up conversation!* recyclable and made from recycled paper.* it can be written upon, which has its uses when you're out and about and need to scribble down ultra important information and want to record on something that doesn't depend on batteries [read, mobile] for information retrieval. e.g., I noted down how to get back when travelling in strange places.That said, after almost a year of use and abuse now, the wallet does look a bit worse for wear. Still a conversation piece though I'm quite self conscious when taking it out of my pocket.Furthermore, you simply have to use a coin purse (I've recycled an SD card pouch I had).Anyway, for what it's worth, I've quite enjoyed this product. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because for, what's starting to feel like a perishable product, it's not cheap enough to be replaced every year or so, in my opinion.

Very pleased! I don't like having a wallet in my pocket usually as I find it very bulky and annoying. This wallet is nice and thin and I've been using it for a couple of months now and it's going strong. It has to note compartments and two slots for cards, but these are quite loose and might not be for you if you want your cards all separate and sturdy. I couldn't be happier with it myself and had comments on the Orion solar system design already.

Been using one of those for the last year or more, they're great, but they lose shape very quickly and lose the nice aspect of you keep your wallet in the back pocket, not certain how much longer it's going to last, but it's been good so far, so not really able to fault it apart from the thing I already mentioned

This is a great wallet. It's incredibly sturdy and you can barely feel it in your pocket. It weighs next to nothing, and the design is attractive. However the lack of a coin wallet, and the fact that using the note pocket as a coin wallet will cause the wallet to fold and drop the coins is an issue. This wallet is falling apart faster than a leather or fabric wallet, but given it can be refolded maintenance is easy, and the price means it can be replaced multiple times for the same price as a single decent quality leather wallet. Annoyingly the external 2 card holders will drop cards placed into them, meaning realistically there are only 2 pockets.Pros:Incredibly low impact - can hold a couple of cards and some notes and you won't feel it in your pocketLightweightAttractiveVery cheap for the qualitySurprisingly durableCons:No coin pocketSide card holders don't work

Great wallet, 21 months on and still holding it together might only last another 6 but theres no way i could go back to a thicker style wallet will definitely buy another.edit: 31 months later, still going on the first wallet.

I bought this as a replacement for the one my husband has had for some 6 or 7 years, it is still very usable but looking a bit rough now. Really great value for money.

I've been through two of these over the years. They last quite a while and I get a ton of comments on them.

Figured I'd get a chuckle from folks when I pull a PB&J outta my pocket to get some cash or a card.

I like a small wallet that can easily fit in my pocket and this works. I have all my id, 4 cards in the front pockets and a few more in the back. Very durable and has survived an accidental round in the washing machine. No room for change though.

The amount of punishment these wallets can take is impressive, especially since they are made of paper. Worth it every time, lasting three years or more easily is no small feat with how much they hold.

I get compliments on this great wallet and I love the design!
